The course also reviews common hazards associated with hydraulics, including hydraulic fluid injuries.

Yes, our Overhead Crane training combines theoretical knowledge and practical, delivered online or in a classroom. Upon successful completion of a passing grade, participants will be required to complete a hands-on evaluation normally on the Overhead Crane that is used at your workplace. This also applies to the online course as well. If you successfully pass the operator training, you will be fully certified to operate an Overhead Crane.

For the practical aspect, your facility must provide a safe, operational overhead crane and a suitable clear area for the training session. We also require a dedicated space /classroom for the theoretical review and testing.

Yes, our Online WHMIS certification is fully updated and compliant with WHMIS 2015 regulations, we have incorporated the new the Globally Harmonized System (GHS). It covers all essential components, including pictograms, hazard classes, Safety Data Sheets (SDSs), workplace labels, and worker rights and responsibilities, ensuring comprehensive workplace compliance with CCOHS in Canada and OSHA in the United States.

There is no expiry date for taking our online WHMIS course from the date of enrollment.

A passing grade for the online WHMIS testing is 90% and you receive your certificate / card instantly upon passing.

Lucid Training's online propane cylinder exchange course comprehensively covers both the safe handling, storage, and transportation of propane cylinders, as well as the procedures for the safe handling and correct exchange of cylinders / tanks on industrial forklifts, including pre-use inspections.

Our online Scissor Lift / Aerial Platform training covers all the necessary theoretical components that are required for safe operation. Remember, to complete your certification a mandatory practical evaluation must be completed by a certified operator after the successful completion of the online theory. These evaluation forms can be found in your account.

First off, if this is a refresher course their current Scissor Lift certification is only valid for 3 years. We would recommend doing this before your certification expires. If this is a new trainee, we recommend completing their evaluation while the theory testing is still fresh in their head.

Our Aerial Platform training covers a range of common aerial work platforms, including boom lifts and articulating boom lifts and can be tailored to specific equipment types used by your workplace. The course material is designed to benefit both novice operators requiring fundamental knowledge or experienced operators needing recertification.

The Aerial Platform certification is valid for a period of three years from the date of successful completion. Recertification involves a refresher course. This is just a matter of signing back into your account, purchasing a new key, retake the test, have your evaluation done.

There are no prerequisites for taking the online working at heights training. NOTE: Our working at heights is geared towards the use of Elevated Aerial Work Platforms, and is NOT suitable for construction.
