PASSING GRADE IS 76% (ONLY FOR PUNCH PRESS / POWER PRESS COURSES)
If the trainee doesn’t pass you get 1 more free opportunity to pass. Contact us with the trainee's name, test taken, date, and key used. We will then put a free key in your account.
OTHER COURSES REQUIRE 90%
If the trainee fails you must purchase another key.
Step 1: Supervisor Registration
After selecting the Login / Register button in the top right-hand corner, Supervisors will select "Click Here To Register", fill in the form and submit it. You have successfully signed up and should be inside your newly created account.
Once inside your account, you will have access to the following sections: My Account, Keys, View Completed Exams, Slideshows, Eval Forms Procedure Examples, Purchase Keys, Take Exam, and Logout.
IF YOU ARE GOING TO CANCEL AN EMAIL - LOGIN INTO YOUR ACCOUNT FIRST AND UPDATE YOUR EMAIL TO THE NEW ONE. FAILURE TO DO THIS COULD RESULT IN LOSE OF SAVED RECORDS.
Step 2: Purchasing Keys
1) Assuming you’re still logged in, click the purchase keys button towards the top right. (One purchase key is good for 1 test per trainee)
2) Select the number of keys you require for each course, click the purchase button on the bottom of the page.
3) Fill your credit card details in. MAKING SURE the details are identical to your billing statement.
4) Now that you have purchased your keys, it’s time to hand them out.
5) Select the “Keys” tab in your account.
6) Just hand one key out per trainee, per test.
Step 3: Trainee Instructions
1) Turn the computer on and make yourself comfortable.
2) Open up your web browser, Google, Internet Explorer etc.
3) Go to our our web address https://www.lucidsafetytraining.ca
4) Click on the Login / Signup button up top.
5) You have now reached the login and register page.
6) The trainee will select "Take Exam Without An Account"
7) The trainee will enter their name and key, select “Take Exam"

Step 4: Training & Certification
1) TRAINING EXAMPLE: Trainee will then select “View Training Slideshows”
2) Trainee will select “ENTRAPMENT RESCUE ROBOTICS SLIDESHOW”
3) After slideshow is complete it will say “CLICK HERE TO CLOSE WINDOW”
4) Trainee will then select the “Take Exam” Link
5) Trainee will scroll down and select “Entrapment Rescue Robotics”
6) Trainee will complete test. Hopefully with a passing grade of 76%
7) Trainee will notify supervisor they have completed the test.
Step 5: To Get Certificates
Certificates are automatically deposited in your account upon passing the online course. They will then be available for printing. NOTE: If your training requires a hands-on evaluation that will have to be completed first, by a person who is certified for the equipment or course you are testing for and faxed back to the number on the evaluation form.
8) In your account select “VIEW COMPLETED EXAMS”
9) Look for the trainee.
10) Select “VIEW CERT”
11) PRINT IT
