Very often, factories and construction sites require members of their work forces to be trained quickly and in small numbers. Training organizations cannot always react as quickly as desired and/or training fees for a very small group or an individual is too expensive. Train -the- Trainer courses may be the answer.

We are pleased to offer complete Train - the - Trainer courses and training materials for the following:

Why use Lucid Training & Consulting Ltd.?
Besides the claim made by all training organizations, we use only very experienced trainers who are experts in their field.

• All of our training is conducted at the customer’s facility. In-house training ensures that participants are trained on the specific machinery used by the customer. In-house training eliminates travel expenses of Train-the-Trainer participants.
• Training sessions can be conducted on any time or day (including weekends) at no additional cost.
• Our Train-the-Trainer sessions are not dragged out over multiple days. All sessions are completed in a single day. The customer’s time and money is not wasted.
• Each Train-the Trainer participant must successfully complete both a theory and practical test to be issued a Train-the Trainer certificate. This helps ensure that the customer’s trainers are competent people.
• The customer will be issued a license agreement to use the training power point presentation as a training aid by each Train-the-Trainer participant certified by Lucid Training & Consulting Ltd. at no additional charge. The training must be conducted for the customer’s employees only and at the customer’s facility only.
• The customer will be issued a license agreement to copy and use the operator’s workbook as well as the operator’s theory and practical test sheets by each Train-the-Trainer participant certified by Lucid Training & Consulting Ltd. at no additional charge. Again, the training must be conducted for the customer’s employees only and at the customer’s facility only.
